Hypergrid Resource Library Highlighted at OSCC25 Presentation
At the OpenSimulator Community Conference 2025, the Virtual Worlds Education Consortium had a panel that showcased various activities that took place throughout the year. As part of that presentation, one highlight was Virtual Worlds Education Consortium ‘s playlist of OpenSimulator events being added to the Hypergrid Resource Library, which began as an effort years earlier by Community Virtual Library.
The panel showcased those who have been involved with these efforts on the hypergrid since the inception of Virtual Worlds Education Consortium in OpenSimulator, and celebrated all of the efforts throughout the year even beyond the Hypergrid Resource library renovation. The full video of the presentation runs fifty minutes in duration and is available here.
In addition, the presentation had a featured space in the Expo 3 section of the OpenSimulator Community Conference area. Included in the display is a highlight about the various Directories that Community Virtual Library and Virtual Worlds Education Consortium have worked on. This has also been highlighted in past presentations that have been made with Virtual Worlds Education Consortium at the OpenSimulator Community Conference.

This is the third year that these efforts has been featured as part of the OpenSimulator Community Conference. This year of the conference is the 13th annual gathering, focusing on the developers and user communities that use OpenSimulator software. Presentations, keynote sessions, panels, workshops and social events are all offered as part of the conference. You can learn more about the conference at their website.
Again, many thanks for being able to have the directories and the Hypergrid Resource Library highlighted at OSCC25 Presentation.
